PFA Contracts will now have 7/1 start dates 2

Effective 9/1/2023

ECBG Pre-School for All (PFA), aka Pre-K, programs will now start on July 1. This change takes effect for programs starting on 7/1/2023.

Going forward contracts will have a start date of 7/1.
